For our Singapore customers: If your credit card is issued in a different currency (e.g., SGD), your bank may apply a currency conversion rate and a small foreign transaction fee. This is determined by your bank, not by us.

- Taxes: As stated in our Shipping Policy, for orders shipped to Singapore, we cover applicable import taxes and duties (DDP).
- No Hidden Fees: We do not charge any additional transaction fees or handling fees on our end.

You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you have an issue with a charge on your statement or haven't received your laptop stand yet, please contact our customer support team first before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks can take months to resolve. In most cases, we can solve the issue (refund or replacement) within 24 hours if you email us directly.
