This Return & Refund Policy applies to all items purchased from zelmaro.shop. We strive to provide high-quality aluminum alloy stands to optimize your workspace, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your setup.

1. 30-Day Return Period We offer a 30-day return window calculated from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, your laptop stand must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be in "like-new" condition, meaning it is unused, free from scratches, dents, or any signs of wear.
  • Packaging: It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Accessories: Please ensure all included accessories (such as adjusting tools, screws, or manuals) are included in the return package.
  • Proof: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (Order number).

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Items purchased as part of a "Final Sale" or clearance.
  • Customized or personalized products.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return via email will not be accepted.

  • Step 1: Email us with your Order ID and a photo of the product (if applicable) to explain the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions on how to ship your package.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you received a defective stand, or if it was damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a replacement at no extra charge.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong size, color, or simply no longer want the item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Restocking Fee We aim to keep things simple. We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our conditions.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without contacting us first.

7. Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund.

8. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the model you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
